We went to another dealership in our town and were given an appointment to come by. We did only to find out that the gentleman was off that day and they did not want to call him to let him know we were there. So we went on down the road and dropped in at Moore Buick. We found the perfect car and got a great deal. They are even fixing the tiny details that I found that worried me. Above and beyond what they needed to do and even followed up with us a few days later to see if we were still happy with the car. What a wonderful place to do business. Transparent and Simple I was looking for a "clean" used four wheel drive vehicle. We completed the test drive and was provided the background data for the vehicle history. They offered a spot on vehicle price that was in line with internet price values. Financing was simple and straight forward with better rates than what local banks and credit unions offer. They also offered a 48 month and 48,000 mile drive train warranty. "No brainer decision" for the successful sale of vehicle of my choice. Since the vehicle was just brought in as a trade that day I was able to see the vehicle in it's true condition prior to any dealer prep. It was definitely a "clean" vehicle in every sense of the word!! We agreed on the price and completed the sale that day. Then they scheduled the vehicle for complete servicing and dealer prep and detailing. They completed the complete servicing and prep a day ahead of time and I was elated to pick up the vehicle a day early. Really enjoyable experience all around. 5 Stars! More

Best First Car Purchase I went to a few dealerships on the day I was looking. I was only supposed to be looking and not purchasing. Juan was the only person that gave me his I went to a few dealerships on the day I was looking. I was only supposed to be looking and not purchasing. Juan was the only person that gave me his card and talked directly to me and not my father that came with me. My dad is a former car salesman and this made a huge impact. Juan was also the only car salesman that gave me his card without me asking. I knew after looking at the car (its my favorite color) and test driving that I wanted to buy. Juan helped me through every step. I was extremely nervous as this was my first car purchase, but Juan made me comfortable and even walked me through steps with setting up my OnStar in my car.
