This is the second new vehicle I have purchased from Manly Honda. Both experiences were excellent. After researching the vehicle I was most interested in I called in and informed the receptionist what Manly Honda. Both experiences were excellent. After researching the vehicle I was most interested in I called in and informed the receptionist what I was looking for and requested an appointment. She assigned Juan to me for a next day appointment. Juan was available at arrival and had the vehicle available and ready to test drive. He answered all my questions to the level of detail I would have expected and was willing to explain further if I was not quite understanding the answer. He was willing to submit the price I felt was fair to the sales manager for his determination. When my offer was rejected Juan discussed the possibility of upgrading to a new vehicle at a small increase in price by comparison. He was well versed on the newer vehicle options and laid out all the pros in upgrading and not pressing for a sale but listening to my concerns in stepping out of what I had originally planned to purchase. Ali Tambakuchi, Finance presented a 10 year warranty I did not feel I needed until he had gone over it to the tenth degree. It made sense and I left the dealership three hours later with more than I initially was willing to purchase. I am satisfied with the transaction and both employees hard work, knowledge and care they provided. Great job! More
