I made it clear to Josh Feinberg tha Good Morning, I bank with Chase. I have a credit score of 793, as indicated on the paper work you provided me. I made it clear to Josh Feinberg that I preferred to get the loan thru Chase, as I bank there. Yesterday, I received an email notice from Chase Bank informing me that Mechanics Bank FKA CRB is my auto loan lender. Why? Also, with a credit score of 793, it would seem I’d qualify for a lower APR than 3.5%. Then of course there is, ‘’The Annual Percentage Rate may be negotiated with the Seller. Seller may assign this contract and retain its right to receive a part of the Finance Charge.’’ I’m hoping Josh will return my call and explain to me why my request to have Chase Bank as the Lender was not honored. I'm disappointed! More

Never purchased a new car before. Between that and making the decision to jump up to a hybrid I had quite a few questions and spent a bit of time "kicking tires." Great experience! I had an excellent experience at Manly Honda. I set an appointment with their sales staff and requested to see two specific vehicles. When I arrived I had an excellent experience at Manly Honda. I set an appointment with their sales staff and requested to see two specific vehicles. When I arrived the representative I was scheduled to see was busy, but I was provided with another representative and he immediately presented the vehicles I was interested in, allowed me test drives, provided much information and I found the vehicle I wanted. The salesman then began the process, getting my own car assessed for trade value and started my purchasing process. The process flowed very well and fairly quickly, taking maybe 3 hours overall, which in the current pandemic I felt was awesome. Then I was turned over to the finance specialist and he was spectacular, Joshua Fineberg. He was quick, informative and didn't waste my time, doing what he needed to do, but with courtesy, consideration and professionalism. He was the best finance person I have ever worked with in purchasing a vehicle. My overall experience was great! Which was consistent with my expectations, as I bought a car ten years prior at Manly. I was treated well then too. I highly recommend this dealership! More
