I purchased a SRT Durango and they said they would send us a copy of our contract and never did, we have called and either they don’t answer or tell us they will give us a call back and we have yet to hear us a copy of our contract and never did, we have called and either they don’t answer or tell us they will give us a call back and we have yet to hear from them. The buying experience was bad as each person we talked to was telling us a different story when it came to the total price of our trade in and the car we were buying. The car was dirty with a bow on it when we showed up to look at the Durango also. More

We bought a vehicle in June 18th. It is October 17th, and we have constantly called, and texted , and they keep telling us they will check on our Tags, and they still have not sent them. It has been Two months expired and we do not know what to do anymore!! Do not do dealer survey Until they complete sale, and issue you your license Plates. More
