I have gone as far as flying and either driving home a new car or having it shipped. From the entire sales team that worked with me (several indeed) as they wanted to get the deal done to Carlos in finance (only his relationships got me an APR that not even my credit union couldn't even touch). It was seamless. I see that people write negative reviews and I get it. I came in straight to the point and they realized that I was a serious buyer. I wasn't going to waste their time nor mine. They got it. Only one set back - minor, but want to make sure that it's out there. My car got to me a bit dirty. For someone else, it would be a deal-breaker, but having the car delivered from Yonkers to my home in the city, a nice hand bath will be in order. Then I realized... it rained in Westchester and not in the city. I thank you and the team for making it all come together! More

DO NOT SHOP HERE FOR USED CARS!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased my car in Aug 2019 and as of Nov 2019 I have still not received hard tags. The in-transit paper plates If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased my car in Aug 2019 and as of Nov 2019 I have still not received hard tags. The in-transit paper plates have since expired and I received one ticket already. No one can provide any answers as to what the delay is or what is going on exactly. Which leads me to believe the ball was just dropped somehow. Everyone in the dealership seems to be on laugh and joke time so I can completely understand how this happened. I should have known this would have been a bad experience from the day I purchased the car. I arrived at the dealership at 9:30 am to one of the first customers assuming it would not take as long as normal but to my surprise it took longer. I did not leave the dealership until 3:30pm and even then I was leaving without things being complete. My car was never detailed and I was not given the proper paper plates to leave. (Can you imagine who leaves the dealership with a DIRTY CAR!!!) I would not recommend this place to anyone if you are looking to purchase a used car please steer very clear of here. More
