I have 3 girls and thoroughly enjoy helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their family needs. I bought a car that was delivered to my home but after it arrived it was communicated that it was not detailed. I spent six hours cleaning it on my one day off. It was also delivered with a fourth of a tank arrived it was communicated that it was not detailed. I spent six hours cleaning it on my one day off. It was also delivered with a fourth of a tank of gas, which is more of a good customer service practice but not a must and I wasn’t told it would have a full tank of gas, it would have been a nice gesture though. The salesman was friendly and helpful, which helped offset the other issues. More

I had bought a similar vehicle from Steve Landers in Little Rock last year and the entire process was top-notch. The car was clean and smelled new, and I definitely didn’t have to spend hours detailing it myself. They even had paper floor mats down when they brought it to me. The car I just purchased from NWA was dirty and smelled terrible when it was delivered.
