Poor communication, follow up, and customer service during the buying process. The wrong paperwork was completed at purchase and I had to return later. Not to mention overpriced manufacturer accessories on most vehicles coming in now. Not ideal to be buying during the pandemic craziness - I would have waited if I could. More

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership last week and had a seamless experience from selection to customer service to finance. Manny Valdez and Juan Carols Valdez were the salesmen. Dealerships need more teams like these two associates!! They weren’t overbearing, they knew the inventory from new to used. My Dad has sold trucks since the 1980’s, so no one is pulling a fast one on me. He’s 76 and still in sales at Summit in Lowell. I highly recommend these salesman and this dealership. Juan was so polite and friendly and was helping two families at one time seamlessly. Even the finance guy was nice and not stuffy - we’ve bought a lot of vehicles, and finance can make or break a dealership. We had him laughing. My husband and I enjoyed this sale. Not many people can walk out of buying a vehicle and say that. This team made that possible. Juan made sure our time was not wasted. I can’t say thank you enough. Landers, you’ve got good salesman who believe in your brand and more importantly in treating people with kindness. I’ll be back for my next vehicle in time. Thank you, Juan! Thank you, Manny!
