Hi there, We've been trying to get a hold of you regarding your feedback on your wife's visit, and haven't had luck. When your wife spoke with Dan (our service advisor), Dan was trying to gather as much information as possible about the noise the Rav4 was making. We have to transfer these notes over to the technician in order to properly diagnose the problem. When your wife mentioned the noise wasn't present during her drive to the dealership, the Service Advisor, Dan, mentioned it may be hard to diagnose the problem. We do take everyone's concerns seriously and want to help with each individual problem. Because of your close relationship with the mechanic, he was the only one who ended up driving your vehicle. The mechanic, Travis, found the brakes were getting low, and then decided and advised your wife on the replacement per her approval. I'm sorry for the miscommunication on our behalf, and we hope to earn your trust back during your next visit. As you know, we are a family owned and operated store that takes each inquiry seriously, and I am terribly sorry for your negative experience.
