Oak Lawn Toyota is the best in town. They make me feel like family. I came in to make an appointment for brake pads. They were able to take me when I came in and they finished within the hour. Great customer service, Keith was awesome at getting my vehicle serviced. The Mgr. Juan followed up to check on my experience and asked if I needed anything else. He also updated me on a previous inquiry I vehicle serviced. The Mgr. Juan followed up to check on my experience and asked if I needed anything else. He also updated me on a previous inquiry I had. The porter Mello parked my vehicle and cleaned the interior for me because of my concern with the Covid. Great service from start to finish.
