Thanks everyone was great @ Oak Lawn Toyota in the end. I called initially during the week for a service appointment. The service representative told me that unfortunately the computer system was down and t called initially during the week for a service appointment. The service representative told me that unfortunately the computer system was down and to call back later. I called the next day to service and midpoint of scheduling my Saturday 830am appointment the service representative said we had a bad phone connection because he could no longer hear me nor could I hear him anymore. He requested I call back. I called the next day and all of the Saturday service slots were filled. I explained my experience with trying for days and was told to come early and be ready to wait. I did just that and was thoroughly pleased with the outcome and feedback about the vehicle. Thanks ever so much everyone. I am grateful it all worked out. More
