Bought a 2020 dodge durango GT from these Jokers....Grinding in the rear end on a "Certified" preowned car with 15k. Pads gone, grinding, metal on metal 2 months after buying it with 20k on Jokers....Grinding in the rear end on a "Certified" preowned car with 15k. Pads gone, grinding, metal on metal 2 months after buying it with 20k on the vehicle. My new gmc didnt need pads til 60k. So thhey owe me $70 and 2 hrs labor at thier rate plus the rotors are trashed from the grinding with no pad left.. Customer service was an unorganized, unprofessional mess. I make an appointment then they tell me it will be the end of the day....my appointmemt was 11am. It takes a pro about 1 hr. If I had to do it again I could do it in that. So maybe even less. More

The most unprofessional dealership my husband and I have ever done business with. We ordered an in stock part 2 months ago, paid in full, and still have not received the part and no one who can take care of ever done business with. We ordered an in stock part 2 months ago, paid in full, and still have not received the part and no one who can take care of this will pick up the phone or return emails nor return phone calls. The GM will not even address the the problem so under no circumstances would I ever buy a car from such a careless and unprofessional business. Not sure the GM realizes this is a direct reflection on him. More

Purchased a Jeep Compass in 2019 and it has been the worst experience ever out of all the vehicles I have owned, Iv had issue after issue 2 recalls and when I go to get it fixed it’s always attitude wit worst experience ever out of all the vehicles I have owned, Iv had issue after issue 2 recalls and when I go to get it fixed it’s always attitude with the service department, I wait for 20 mins before someone offered to help and even then it was like it’s such an inconvenience to them. Their customer service needs extreme work. It’s draining having to take my car up to them, I will definitely consider taking my vehicle in and using another dealership More

This place has been a nightmare! I bought a 2016 Ford f150 from dodge. From start this place has been full of excuses and lies. When I signed for my truck I asked for the full inspection report for when f150 from dodge. From start this place has been full of excuses and lies. When I signed for my truck I asked for the full inspection report for when they got the truck and after they fixed the needed areas. They were shocked and stated they would mail it to me. Nope never got it. My husband and I were told they couldn't fixed the cracked windshield prior to selling to us, we would have to go through insurance. Oh okay fine. We got the windshield replaced on our insurance instead even though the truck was traded in with the crack in the windshield. The truck was missing a lock snd they swore they will order the part and replace it for free. Guess what, no freaking part has been ordered and i was pretty much told that was a false promise.Our truck pulled to the left hard. We called. This is the exact reason why i requested the inspection report because of situations like this.. No one would get back with us. We had to go in person to drop it off because they wouldn't answer the phone. They had the truck for 1.5 days and never did the service on the truck. Well we need our truck because we work separated jobs. Now my husband has gone down there 3 times and the alignment machine is broken and they will not answer the freaking phone. So we have to keep waiting as our Warranty runs up. This place is a joke, their customer service skills, their service advisors, and the whole experience just sucks as a whole. I will NEVER deal with this place again. Please don't waste your money or your time here. There are many many many other dealerships that will do better business than this. This isn't something PAYING customers should be treated. More

Horrible, no good. Run. Service department was horrible and left our car worse off than we took it. Not only that, the repair was under warranty and they told us our part would be a month out. Now they are and left our car worse off than we took it. Not only that, the repair was under warranty and they told us our part would be a month out. Now they are ghosting us when we try to get the warranty honored. I wouldn't buy new or bring in for service here. They will bait you to buy and you will regret it forever when you are stuck dealing with thier horribke customer service. Our salesman, Jacob has been horrible and avoids/refuses to return our calls. We will never be back, even if they finally answer our calls to do the warranty work. You DO NOT want these people under your hood. More

The worst dealership I have ever encountered in my life. Financing took almost a month. No floor mats or owners manual. If i didn’t say something, they would have never given it to me. My blind spot detector didn’t work on a brand new Jeep cherokee and i took it to them to get it fixed. Scott in service claimed it was fixed. He lied, It was not. I was in almost two accidents because of it not working. I emailed Jennifer and tried to get my car in again. Nothing from anyone and I’ve had this problem since June. I’m considering consulting a lawyer on the negligence of this dealership. PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP! I seriously have never been treated like this anywhere else. Terrible, terrible customer service. More

They gave me the loaner car so I left. I called back at 2:00 and nobody had looked at my Jeep. Call back at 5:00 and still the same answer. So I drive back and picked up my new Jeep that I purchase from there and called Bartow Jeep. They told me the to bring it in. Case and point don’t lie and tell me you can look at my Jeep and have me get up at 5:30 to be at my appointment that you gave me at 7:30 and never look at my Jeep. I purchased two Jeeps From there and will never go back there again. Thank you . More
