We bought an 2023 XT5 from Crest. Our appointment time was 2:30 on a Saturday (end of month). We live in Owasso, OK. Our intent was to close on the car and be back by night. Our closing got delayed until 5-5:30. No way, were we were going to make it back before nightfall. Crest stepped up to the plate and is delivering our vehicle since we could not get back in time. I commend Crest and Juda Shamay for that! That is what customer service is supposed to be about. I am in sales myself. It is how you respond when a mistake happens. Again, I am very satisfied in the whole process of buying a car from Crest. I would highly recommend the experience. Thank you, Norm More
