Excellent Service We should have tried Joe Machens out before we did. We have been looking for a used F150 super crew for several months. Several trips to St. Louis and Sullivan and had a much greater dealership close by. I gave 5 stars because of the service and the way we were treated by our salesperson Mackenzie Short. Purchase of 2019 F150 Limited I have purchased many vehicles from Judy Obermeyer. She helped me with getting me the truck in an amazingly short amount of time. Brian Lorts worke I have purchased many vehicles from Judy Obermeyer. She helped me with getting me the truck in an amazingly short amount of time. Brian Lorts worked on the trade-in of my older truck Brian and Judy both came up with the final purchase price of my new truck that I was satisfied with. Matt Wilde took care of my purchase paperwork which included extended warrantee and vehicle protection contracts. He was both professional and personable. The overall experience was good. However, the post manufacturing Prep work left a little to be desired. There was masking tape left on the sliding glass window in the rear, and cleaning spray that was not wiped up and left marks. Only provided two license plate screws I had to go purchase my own. I’m having it detailed to correct the discrepancies. More
