What woman does not like flowers! Julia was my salesperson and her professionalism along with her personality was just what I needed for my first used car experience, especially a Mercedes. Paige, Julia's assistant, was great. She communicated each step of the way the progress in getting my car ready for pick up, which I appreciated so much. I know how hard she worked in ensuring that my car would be ready for pick up before the weekend was over. This was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. I appreciate that Julia did not try and slam me into a new car. She is extremely professional and made sure everything about the lease was to my liking. During the search for my vehicle, Julialisa Papagno exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. This is why I feel that Julialisa is the Best Sales Person in the Automobile Industry. Somehow she sold me a car that I had not seen, but my instinct was to trust her. When I picked up my car it was perfect, everything I asked for, delivered all shiny and new with one dozen of beautiful red roses. I would also like to mention Julialisa's assistant Paige Babcock, was extremely helpful and patient when showing me all the features of my new vehicle. Also Alfred Aloiso, the Service Advisor has always and continues be there for me when needed. Alfred is the Number One Service Advisor in the industry.
