Her's was a.lease from Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington so we fi My wife and I ran into the unfortunate need to replace 2 vehicles at the Same time. Her's was a.lease from Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington so we figured we would start back there. The there was great and with help from Julian, Ramon and later Carlos we were not only able to get my wife into a new lease of a Sportage (in the harder to find red she wanted) but I found what I was looking for as and both at a price that fit in our budget. The team worked with us to get evey done and the vehicles on the road in short order and we could not be happier with their work and the follow up they are taking care of. Ryan was one of the best sales individuals I’ve met working on a sales process getting a vehicle. He listened to all my concerns, knew my pain points, and more importantly cares about me and my situati working on a sales process getting a vehicle. Nothing but great things to say about Herb Chambers Kia. After having a horrible experience with Dan O’Brien’s Kia (in Norwood). Herb Chambers seriously came through. I got exactly what I wanted (black 2021 Kia Soul... stick shift). One of the managers (Julian) made it happen and I had a great sales representative (Ramon) that was nothing but pleasant, professional and made the transaction go smoothly.
