You charged us $159. 00 to reset the sensor that turns off the ENGINE WARNING LIGHT and then tell us there’s no problem with the KIA. So this light comes on for no reason 00 to reset the sensor that turns off the ENGINE WARNING LIGHT and then tell us there’s no problem with the KIA. So this light comes on for no reason every once in a while so you can profit off us when there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle? Totally ridiculous! Why not have a recall and mitigate the problem with the light coming on FOR NO REASON!!! More

Had Ramone as a sales personBought 'Certified Used Car' Had Ramone as a sales person Bought 'Certified Used Car' 2018 Optima, for $17,998, 18k miles, 7Oct21 Tires rotated by independent mechanic on 11Nov2 Had Ramone as a sales person Bought 'Certified Used Car' 2018 Optima, for $17,998, 18k miles, 7Oct21 Tires rotated by independent mechanic on 11Nov2021, 19k miles (Stoneham Gulf, Stoneham, MA.) I was Informed by the independent mechanic that the vehicle needed front and rear brakes as well as two new tires, one of which would not pass their state inspection. Spoke with Ramone and after him checking with his sales manager, he indicated that nothing would be done to repair these safety issues free of charge. Beware of any used cars from this dealership, particularly "Certified Used Cars" since they don't stand behind them. At least bring it to an independent mechanic BEFORE giving them a dime.
