We had an amazing car buying & financing experience thanks to Tom S.- and especially thanks to Stew who who shopped for our best loan option and found us a great one very quickly! He is a wizard with nearly 40 years in the business. We changed our minds about several things along the way, and Stew never missed a beat! he was incredibly accommodating. One night Stew was still texting with us at 8:30pm trying to expedite our car sale and politely & expertly answering all of our questions... Tom. S and a colleague drove all the way to Southern Maine to deliver our “new” preowned Kia, and satisfy all necessary regulations related to registering our new car and satisfying our new lienholder. I had heard a lot of good news about the new Kia Telluride, so we went for a test drive, the sale person advised me this vehicle are very “Hot Sale”, and they don’t have a vehicle to test drive, the Telluride, so we went for a test drive, the sale person advised me this vehicle are very “Hot Sale”, and they don’t have a vehicle to test drive, there is one parking on the side to show us, he said this one is fully loaded at the price of $50G +, so, he advised me we can build a car from scratch, we asked if we can go inside and quote me a price, he said we can go home and online to quote as the same price that he quoted. WOW, first of all, who will buy a car without test drive, this is a Kia that they want to sell over $50G, second, what kind of unprofessional person to tell customers to go home to research themselves. We thought we stepped into a Bentley or an Aston Martin dealerships, we had been bought 5 vehicles for Herbs Chamber for the past 25 years, this is one of the worst experience we ever received, and we walked in a Kia dealership. Easiest car leasing transaction. I scheduled an appointment with Tom O'Donnell who had leased me my last Sorento (this current one is the third Sorento that I have leased from Herb Ch I scheduled an appointment with Tom O'Donnell who had leased me my last Sorento (this current one is the third Sorento that I have leased from Herb Chambers Kia). I met with Tom and we reviewed my options of entering a new lease early or waiting until the end of the last lease which was in February. He clearly went over my options and it made sense to turn in the last vehicle and lease the new one. Tom was very fair in putting the deal together. I have dealt with many car sales persons over the years and usually it is not a pleasant experience. With Tom it was a very good experience. I turned in my old Sorento and picked up the new one the same day. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington and especially Tom O'Donnell. More
