Highly recommend Julian Barona I would highly recommend Julian (Ide Honda). Julian was different than other car sale people I have worked with in that he doesn't have the stereotypi I would highly recommend Julian (Ide Honda). Julian was different than other car sale people I have worked with in that he doesn't have the stereotypical car salesperson personality - & instead is easy going, personable, trustworthy and most importantly worked to get the best deal for me. In the past I have dealt with pushy, hard to trust salesmen pushing me into unclear agreements and fine print, as well as hiding imperfections regarding the vehicle. Julian was the complete opposite of this. The amount of care, thought, and time he put into making sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and contract and all my needs were met exceeded my expectations - including making sure to read through and explain the agreements, and making sure I had time to assess and look over the car at every stage of the process. And then to bring my car to the mechanic after to hear that the car is in perfect condition, and now, a month out- still no problems. Thank you to Julian for making this process the most enjoyable it could be, and ensuring I walked away with a good deal and a great vehicle! More

Excellent Customer Service! I needed help getting out of my lease and Julian made the process so easy and did everything he could to help me. He's very attentive, helpful, and respectful, and doesn't try to shove anything at you that you don't want/need. He listened to what kind of car I wanted and made sure I got all the features I requested while working within my budget. Additionally, after taking the car home, I was having problems with Apple CarPlay. I immediately texted Julian for assistance and he was very helpful. He provided videos, explained what could be going wrong, and even said he could call to walk me through it or bring the car in and he'll set it up for me himself. Buying a car is a tiring process but Julian and Rich made it so easy. I'm exceptionally pleased with the service I received and I will definitely be going back to Honda for any future car needs. More
