I brought in my car for state inspection, oil change and checkup. They did all the work, sent me on my way, and immediately the car started making a loud noise. I took it back the following week and there w checkup. They did all the work, sent me on my way, and immediately the car started making a loud noise. I took it back the following week and there was a failed wheel bearing that they missed due to a too-brief test drive that did not allow them to identify an obvious problem. I notified the service department manager and have not received a reply several days later. More
