3.5 hours for an oil change even with an appointment Everyone was really nice but 3.5 hours just for an oil change is 3 hours too long. Also had to come back for a couple of filters the following week wh Everyone was really nice but 3.5 hours just for an oil change is 3 hours too long. Also had to come back for a couple of filters the following week which is understandable since my vehicle isn’t a Toyota but it is part of the same franchise. Really just don’t understand why it took so long. More
