I waited for my car to be service. While in the waiting area 2 other customers were very rude speaking loudly into their cell phones and/or increasing cell phone volume while watching videos. At least 4 or area 2 other customers were very rude speaking loudly into their cell phones and/or increasing cell phone volume while watching videos. At least 4 or 5 Fred Anderson employees walked through this area and heard the annoying behavior but said nothing. When my vehicle was finally ready I observed dirt smudges where the service employee had been seated and on the driver door interior. These complaints seem to be habitual. If they continue, my next auto purchase will not be from Fred Anderson. More

As always Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford service department knocked it out of the park. They saw me on time, exactly at my scheduled appointment - they are the only service department I've used in 2 department knocked it out of the park. They saw me on time, exactly at my scheduled appointment - they are the only service department I've used in 25 years that has done that, usually they make you wait. FATS service department did excellent work and it was completed on time. More
