Tired of the price gouging. $100 is ridiculous to pay for injecting a fuel induction cleaner. And $300 to replace brakes that cost $189. This kind of pricing has been going on for some time and now that my husband has seen my last two bills, I am not allowed to return for normal service any longer. The service gentlemen are smooth talkers that do their job well and make you think you need particular services that are completely overcharged and before you know it, you end up with a $700 bill each time. More

Lots of pushing In addition to the high cost of any service, it is annoying to have a long list of "recommended services" without checking if any are needed. For exam In addition to the high cost of any service, it is annoying to have a long list of "recommended services" without checking if any are needed. For example, when told about a recommended alignment, I asked them to check if one were needed--it wasn't. Without my asking, I would assume--if I trusted the service center--I "should" have an alignment. And this is just an example. The service people (in general, and certainly the last person with whom I worked) are very courteous and willing to talk about their "recommendations"; my guess is the push for separating the customer from her or his money by making recommendations for services without checking if they are needed, is from management/Toyota/whomever. More
