Pricey labor costs Took my Tacoma in to have head gaskets replaced, first it was 3,300 for the work, then 2400, finally settled on 2200. Good and Bad They fixed the water leak in my car and fixed a squeaking belt. Other than that, I had to return several times to have it fixed correctly. Management They fixed the water leak in my car and fixed a squeaking belt. Other than that, I had to return several times to have it fixed correctly. Management did help make it right, but my first two visits resulted in an unsafe vehicle. I had return twice to have the work fixed. Ultimately, management did intervene to correct the mistakes. More

He kept me updated on the progress & even offered to drop off my vehicle. Two days later when I noticed a loose plastic part, the replacement part was ordered & installed quickly & at no additional cost. We will definitely return for future service! More

Recall. Day at the spa Paid for day at the spa during a recall visit . It was not done. They took my payment, yet did not clean my car. Disappointing. They took an hour, and cleaned it. Then, they told me cleaning the back of my PRIUS is not covered. Must pay the 150 day at the spa for that. Very unhappy. More
