Always good service in the Service Department I really like coming here to have my car service. They are always thorough and does not try to sell repairs on unnecessary items. This dealership also faithfully sends out service special to me to have my car service even though I don’t live in Sanford any longer. Rick Hendrick TOYOTA has not got to be efficient like this. Last kudos, is that this service department tops off fluids and washes your car. Absolutely, great Service Department!!! More

Beware of this dealership deceitful business I bought a used truck with 25K miles from this dealership. Brought in 5K miles later for an oil change and they told me a $227 spark plug change was r I bought a used truck with 25K miles from this dealership. Brought in 5K miles later for an oil change and they told me a $227 spark plug change was required to keep the Fred Anderson lifetime power train warranty. I asked for a copy of that lifetime warranty but they could not provide it. Beware, this dealership does not change your oil every 5K mikes (they change it every 10K miles ) but require you to bring your vehicle in every 5K in an effort to find something they can charge you for. When I bought the truck the salesman told me this dealership knows people trade/buy on an average of every 3-5 years so they know the lifetime warranty will never have to be used by the consumer. Very friendly people and the service work is great just a deceitful business More
