2015 Tundra I brought my Tundra in for a 85,000 service on May 13th, I also reported that the brake lights were staying on and I couldn't shut them off. My assoc I brought my Tundra in for a 85,000 service on May 13th, I also reported that the brake lights were staying on and I couldn't shut them off. My associate in the Service Department reported that it was the brake light switch was defective but there were no switches near by. He could get it fixed on Friday May15th. I asked about my extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the truck, he informed me of my $100 deductible. I took the truck in Friday May 15th and everything went very smoothly until it came time to settle the bill. The Friday May 15th associate looked at me like I was stupid when I informed I didn't want to pay anything but my $100 deductible (it was a few dollars) I invited him to pay it if it wasn't a big deal. He did the charge sheet over again and I paid my bill and left. Ileft Wednesday in a great mood and Friday in an irritated mood. More

Service was done but not at a level of customer service I am used to. I am used to service rep going over the report with me and discussing upcoming service and that did not happen. I had to ask questions in which the service rep did not know and kept blaming computer for lack of knowledge on simple questions I asked. More
