I’m Julie Adams, a Subaru Encore Delivery Specialist since 2005, and I’ve truly found my niche here at Subaru of Gwinnett. As a proud Subaru owner since 2014, I’ve owned three Outbacks and currently drive a 2025 Outback Limited and a 2014 Forester. Originally from Texas, I moved to Georgia in 1995 and have enjoyed over 30 years in the automotive industry. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, my eight dogs, and nine chickens. I’m also passionate about giving back—volunteering with Planned Pethood outreach clinics and serving as a Subaru Ambassador at Hopkins Elementary School. Being part of the Subaru family allows me to combine my love for cars, animals, and community service. This isn’t just a job for me—it’s a way to share the Subaru spirit of adventure, care, and connection.

I have coming to this dealership for service since 2006. I've taken my 1998 & 2012 Outbacks here for service. And as always, I am treated like family. I bought my current 2022 Outback from Subaru of Gwinnet I've taken my 1998 & 2012 Outbacks here for service. And as always, I am treated like family. I bought my current 2022 Outback from Subaru of Gwinnett and just had my first service performed on it. I can't say enough good things about this place. I would dream of taking my car anywhere else. More

Subaru Gwinnett is the "hands down" best for customer service satisfaction. They are attentive to your concerns regarding your vehicle and ensure that your concerns are adequately addressed. The waitin service satisfaction. They are attentive to your concerns regarding your vehicle and ensure that your concerns are adequately addressed. The waiting areas are quiet, neat and clean and you can always refresh with coffee, water and /or a healthy snack that they provide. Their Wii fi is super easy to access. By the time I open my laptop, settle down and get some office work done, the service person is greeting me with a smile to say that my vehicle is ready. By the time I reach my vehicle, they've run it through their car wash and vacuumed inside. What's not to love about Subaru of Gwinnett! More
