I came to look at a gently used or new car and was presently surprised. We found a ford Taurus and a Mazda 6. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and quite friendly. Upon my first visit to O'Daniel, my only intentions were to show my mother the car I was saving up for (a CX7). Junior came out to greet us, and I gave him the run down on where I stood currently, and that to show my mother the car I was saving up for (a CX7). Junior came out to greet us, and I gave him the run down on where I stood currently, and that I would be in the market in the future. Junior was never pushy and never grasped at straws trying to get us to walk away with the car that day. He simply showed me some additional features (which made me like the car even more) and said he would keep in touch should any great deals on financing or rebates pop up in the next few months. He kept his word, and about 3 weeks later I received a call from Junior, who had a great financing option. I went back over and took a test drove. Because the deal popped up so quick (and for a limited time), I hadn't really had any addtional time to continue bolstering my downpayment. However, Junior worked tirelessly (as did the manager, Julie) to find every penny of discount and rebate option he (they) could. Basically, they made it happen for me. I would not be driving my brand new car (which I ADORE), without their help. At the time, they obviously didn't know for sure if I would be buying or not, but Junior gave me 100% of his time and effort, which I will always remember and appreciate. Junior is honest, incredibly personable and straightforward, and I have no doubt that he gives his all to every customer he works with. More

I had some issues with this dealership at my first visit. But Julie {sales manager} contacted me and we worked things out. I ended up not buying the car at this time.
