staff very efficient, helped us find what we wanted We dealt with 4 people when looking at O'Daniel Automart/Mazda....our sales man was Eric Smith, quite the character but very knowledgeable in his prof We dealt with 4 people when looking at O'Daniel Automart/Mazda....our sales man was Eric Smith, quite the character but very knowledgeable in his profession....we loved working with him....he knew what we were looking for and checked out their inventory until he hit upon the right vehicle.....we were there the first time on Sat afternoon.....very busy....found what we wanted but waited until Mon. to be sure....no pressure from anyone at O'Daniel's to push the deal through.....Excellent service....talked to Julie Kimes, wonderful to work with and very friendly, Andrea Laux did our financing and was not at all pushy about buying warranties as my husband and I hate that part....she was also very friendly explaining things throughout the entire transaction.....then there was Todd Jacquay, didn't get to see his face but talked on the phone.....he is one great guy...have dealt with him before and always get the same honest and non pushy person as ever....loved the entire staff and truly appreciated the extra work done for us....very professional, but down to earth as well.......thanks again.... What a breeze Ryan was the best ! I warned him up front that I was very picky. I wanted to drive a Cadillac but I didn't really know much about the different model Ryan was the best ! I warned him up front that I was very picky. I wanted to drive a Cadillac but I didn't really know much about the different models. Ryan was so knowledgeable about the CTS because he owns one. He knew all the different features and differences between models. After my test drive we chatted and never once did he pressure me or use ridiculous sales tactics. We didn't play the numbers game either. My family was so comfortable too. They watched TV and ate popcorn while we did the paperwork. I really felt like I was dealing with practical people...not normal salespeople. After they gave me the keys, we went outside and I noticed some marks on the paint. It was close to closing time but they didn't mind at all. They guy in the shop stayed after they closed to make sure the car was in top shape. He did an excellent job buffing the marks out. I could not be more thankful for the dedicated professionals at this dealership. I would travel an hour and a half to buy another vehicle from Ryan. I didn't know buying a car could be so easy !! More

I was looking for a reliable family car for my wife and kids while I'm gone for an extended time for the military. We were on a budget, so our choices were limited and we had a hard time finding anything w kids while I'm gone for an extended time for the military. Eric was quick to narrow down our options and offer his personal opinion on reliability regardless of the sale price like he was helping his own family purchase a car!
