I worked closely with Eric, Julie, and Chris. While, I did not get all that I wanted, they all worked very hard to make a deal happen. Ultimately, I had to compromise because I was too far upside down on did not get all that I wanted, they all worked very hard to make a deal happen. Everyone at O'Daniel was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and personable. Ryan was the first person I dealt with and he had me sold from the very beginning. Never once did he push to make the sale friendly and personable. Ryan was the first person I dealt with and he had me sold from the very beginning. Never once did he push to make the sale. He even tried to fit us in on a day that he had booked. When he could not make it in, he made it a point to find someone else that could help us out. Heinrich did an excellent job getting us the information we needed. He got us setup to talk to George whom went through hours of phone calls to get us the BEST financing package available for us. During the time George was working on financing, Heinrich even helped entertain my kids. When we returned the next day to get our "new" vehicle, Ryan and Heinrich both handled the sale. Everyone was willing to pitch in to get us finished as quick as they could. And who could forget Julie? Julie was awesome and helped entertain my oldest daughter.
