Once my wife found a vehicle that she not only liked, but also was easy for me to get into/out of, we went for a test drive. My sales person, Julie Ramirez, was very efficient, helpful The folks at Sierra Toyota made my car buying experience extremely pleasant and painless. My sales person, Julie Ramirez, was very efficient, helpful, not pushy, and patient. She was knowledgeable on the Rav 4 that I test drove and bought. What she didn't know, she found the answer for very quickly. She was extremely efficient with the process of getting my trade-in assessed and facilitating the purchase of my new car. She met me at the dealership on her day off to help me with my purchase. She also communicated to me all of the things that I needed to bring to the dealership to make sure my purchase would go smoothly and I would be able to drive my new car home the same day. The General Sales Manager, Ross Leffelman, further made my car buying experience very pleasant and easy. He was not pushy. He was efficiently and prepared with the paperwork that needed to be signed. He was knowledgeable when I had questions. He was so nice. Which is very different from other dealerships that I had purchased cars from. I have to say that the Sierra Toyota team that I worked with was the best group of people that I have had the pleasure of interacting with when buying a new car. I will definitely recommend Sierra Toyota to anyone that is thinking of buying a car even if they aren't looking for a Toyota. Best experience ever. More
