I was rushed & it was a very warm day but she went out on the lot with me looking at all the Rav's they had. I needed to leave & I told her I'd give her a call. so for 2 weeks she stayed with me learning about our wants and needs in a small SUV. She was not pushy at all. We finally decided on the Adventure package so that we could be set up in the future to towe a small camping trailor. We are camping and doing alot of back road exploring. Also it was very important that we would have a cd player as we are not tech saavy. In short I would advise anyone looking for a car without feeling the high pressure sales call Julie!! More
