My first car from this dealer. All went well although they did push a little at closing to get the extended warranty (same as the other dealers}. First oil c they did push a little at closing to get the extended warranty (same as the other dealers}. First oil change and tire rotation went very well also. The lifetime powertrain warranty at no extra cost( except you must get oil changed every 5000 miles and tire rotation every 7500 miles at Haasz is a real plus. So far 5 stars. More
