Julio is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and very personable. He doesn't employ any hard sales methods, but simply states how many wonderful qualities the RDX has. He also quoted a good price from the start. Now that I have my car home I can see what he meant. I am so happy with it and glad that I took the plunge. More
