Unpleasant car leasing experience. What we thought would be a dream leasing experience turned out to be somewhat of a nightmare. This was our 4th Acura but second time leasing. We chose What we thought would be a dream leasing experience turned out to be somewhat of a nightmare. This was our 4th Acura but second time leasing. We chose the same sales person from our first lease because we were confident that we would be treated the same way as before. Our request was simple, we wanted exactly the same Acura RDX with the same features but in 2018. For us that meant the same features all around. Since Julio Herrera was our most recent sales person, he knows what our RDX 2014 features were. We worked out a deal which we presumed was the car we wanted just to find out that at the time of delivery that it wasn't. As the customer service personnel was going through the car features, we immediately noticed that buttons where different from our previous 2014. We later found out that the AcuraWatch feature wasn't on this present car leased to us. We were still at the dealership when we brought it to the attention of our sales person, Julio Herrera, who had already left for the day. We called him on his cellphone. We told him that this was not the car we had agreed upon. We said that we were willing to leave the car until the corrections were made but he instructed us to take the car home and call him the next day since he'd be in to work. Feb 24,2018- Mr. Herrera reached out and said that he needs to speak to Joe Matjy. We didn't hear from Mr. Matjy nor Mr. Herrera. Mar 2, 2018- Received a call from Mr. Matjy and was told that we cannot have the AcuraWatch since it is factory installed. Instead he offered to have us choose for something in exchange. Mr. Herrera sent us a list of accessories. We had a few days to decide. We felt that we should get something of equal value. So we picked the back up sensor and automatic remote start. Mar 5, 2018- We emailed Mr. Herrera of our choices but was told that he had to present it to Mr. Matjy. Mr. Herrera and I had multiple email exchanges as I was following up and requesting for updates. Mar 19, 2018- We finally heard back from Mr. Matjy and told us we can only pick one despite our reasoning. He chose for us to get the back up sensor. We have been patiently waiting for this issue to be resolved just to find out that out requests cannot be satisfied. As we have mentioned to the repeatedly, we have been customers with Rallye Acura since 2004 and on our 4th vehicle. It would have really nice if they considered our customer loyalty. To think that we are leasing again and the features will all be returned at the end of 3 year lease period. In addition, I have referred a couple of my co-workers from Northwell Health LIJ because of my previous pleasant experience. It is unfortunate that this incident has happened. More

A totally wonderful car purchasing experience. Acura Rallye is by far one of the best dealerships that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Other Acura dealerships pale in comparison. Professional, Personal and Helpful Julio helped me purchase my 2017 ILX and I'm extremely happy with my choice. I walked in and julio was the first salesman I saw. I went to many dealerships before rallye Acura to explore my options, so you can imagine my surprise when experiencing their level of help. I walked in defensive and soon realized he wasn't trying to sell me. He catered to my budget and personal preference of car type. I was indecisive and he was patient and insightful. Took time to show me what I was getting into compared to other options. We even got cool during the whole thing. He's an awesome guy and the other employees at rallye Acura are all kind and helpful people. Best experience I shopping for a car. Definitely sticking with the Rallye Group from now on! More
