Severely overpriced service, always recommended but not really necessary...Who ever heard of a $150 oil change and tire rotation, at 21,000 miles a differential liquid change for $130, and again at 21,000 really necessary...Who ever heard of a $150 oil change and tire rotation, at 21,000 miles a differential liquid change for $130, and again at 21,000 miles a brake liquid change for $150???..90% of these charges were for labor and unnecessary.....Maybe they are trying to make up for lost sales due to covid, by overcharging!...maybe a reaction to question 1 on the recent election....No more for me....Have found a private mechanic who will give me the right information and do services for 1/2 the price! More

I normally go to Atamian Honda for services because it's closer to where I live. However, June Fraser professionalism of Herb Chambers Honda made my experience more approachable and delightful. I've been to closer to where I live. However, June Fraser professionalism of Herb Chambers Honda made my experience more approachable and delightful. I've been to a few Honda dealerships here in Massachusetts for services but by far Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington has been superb. I will be going there from now on. Keep it up!!! More
