good work, took a long time after my car was washed, I had to ask someone if my car is ready. The man washing the car, washed 3 other vehicles while my car was sitting there, I would think he would bring had to ask someone if my car is ready. Rear A/C Our rear A/C was blowing out hot air. June called to inform me that the diagnostic test would cost about $450. We declined to have the work done. She Our rear A/C was blowing out hot air. June called to inform me that the diagnostic test would cost about $450. We declined to have the work done. She then called me back to say that the technician looked further into the matter and noticed that we did not have the proper settings on in order for the rear A/C to work. He adjusted the settings and now the rear A/C works! The technician could have just ignored the issue once we declined to have the work done. That's what I call going above and beyond to do an excellent job! More
