Quick, courteous, and resolved! I brought my certified preowned 2016 Honda Civic LX Sedan in for an a/c condenser issue that is now covered under an extended warranty for this specif I brought my certified preowned 2016 Honda Civic LX Sedan in for an a/c condenser issue that is now covered under an extended warranty for this specific issue. I used the evening drop off service on Sunday night, called the dealership service center mid-morning on Monday to get a status update, and the receptionist said that she was just about to call me. My car was ready. No hassle, no runaround, not repairing it begrudgingly and trying to sell me extra repairs. When I got in my car to drive away, I turned on the a/c and that unit was cranking a nice ice cold breeze. It was heaven during these past few really hot days. It was a very pleasant experience. Truth be told, I dreaded having to bring my car to the dealership for the first time since I bought it. I thought it was going to be a much different experience. More

This is my second experience since herb chambers Commonwealth Avenue office closed and moved south of Boston. I have been very happy with a courtesy and professionalism of the staff. On Monday, they were prompt and advised me of what had to be done and the cost. As much as I don’t like paying for expensive repairs, I feel assured that if I had an issue it would be attended to. Excellent service. I only needed my tire looked at for a repair and they washed my car and showed me how to reset something. I should also mentioned that this is my forth visit in over a year (mainly oil ch repair and they washed my car and showed me how to reset something. I should also mentioned that this is my forth visit in over a year (mainly oil changes) and the outstanding service is consistent. Now..if only Honda could get its car prices down!!! More
