Wait time is unacceptable, it took 5 days to diagnose my car, no one responded to my messages and calls. Management doesn’t have her voice mail set up and refused to give me a phone number to go above her with a complaint. Very expensive repair and management is not willing to help me negotiate a price or get a reasonable discount on the repair. My car was in a shop for 2 weeks, no one offered an option to rent a car. Very disappointed in this dealership, I have purchased 2 cars here at a very large price, my expectations were not met with customer service. Additionally, when I had my car serviced there for oil change, 2 guys at the front desk were laughing at my last name and making very inappropriate comments, not realizing I had heard the conversation. Also, the response to long wait for diagnosing my car was that Hyundai customers/cars take priority. I am hoping someone will reach out to me to discuss my experience.
