I took my vehicle in for service, I had an appointment but was about half an hour early. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Fastest I was ever in and out of an oil change. but was about half an hour early. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Fastest I was ever in and out of an oil change. More

It took almost 3 hours for an oil change. The whole process from scheduling the appointment, checking in and getting the work done was very inefficient. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change with an appt is unacceptable. Was forgotten due to paperwork not entered in system or not given to service person. Manager said appts there are like Drs appt or goin unacceptable. Was forgotten due to paperwork not entered in system or not given to service person. Manager said appts there are like Drs appt or going to the airport. There is no comparison. When I asked for her manager she said she didn’t have one, and that she was the owner of Hyundai. Husband had to return on Sunday due to bolts not being replaced after the oil change. Bolts were not replaced, instead zip ties were used. Do better!!! So disappointed with the service dept. More
