I PURCHED A USED PICKUP TRUCK HAD TO WAIT THREE DAYS TO PICK IT UP SO THEY COULD DO THE FINIAL CHECK UP , LESS THAN A WEEK THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN . I TOOK IT BACK TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY HAD THE TRUCK PICK IT UP SO THEY COULD DO THE FINIAL CHECK UP , LESS THAN A WEEK THE TRUCK BROKE DOWN . I TOOK IT BACK TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT THEY HAD THE TRUCK FOR 2 DAYS THEY THEY TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO COST ME $800.00 FOR THEM TO FIX THE TRUCK . SALESMAN SAID YOU PURCHED A USED TRUCK AS IS NOW LETS BACKUP I HAD TO WAIT 3 DAYS FOR THE FINIAL CHECKUP THIS PROBLEM WOULD AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOUND AND FIXED BEFORE THE TRUCK WAS RELEASED TO ME. JUST FYI A WEEK BEFOR E I PURCHED ANOTHER USED CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALER AND FOUND PROBLEM IWITH IN A WEEK CALLED THE DEALER THEY TOLD ME TO DRING THE CAR IN AND THEY ORDER AND FIX THE CAR AT NO CHARE TO ME AND EVEN GAVE ME A YEAR WARRENTY ON THE REPAIR. NOW I HAVENT EVEN MADE A PAYMENT YET ON THIS TRUCK AND HAVE TO PAY FOR A HUGE REPAIR. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND REPAIR DEPARTMENT. I WOULD RATE THIS PLACE AT -10 More

Absolutely awful customer service! Have placed multiple calls and emails to this dealership and they have yet to have the decency to call me back. The person who handled me tried to tell me I had to pay for a lube, but the first four are supposed to be free and this was the fourth one. It took several tries to explain this to him. The vehicle a 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid has been in for repairs for the same issue 3 times in the last year. Its border line a lemon. Finally diagnosed as a bad transmission. Service manager brought in the repairs for the same issue 3 times in the last year. Its border line a lemon. Finally diagnosed as a bad transmission. Service manager brought in the head technician to diagnose it after I refused the original repair as a fuel sensor issue. Very dangerous problem as high speed interstate travel would be disrupted by transmission shutter and lack of throttle response. More
