Car was fine. It was not washed. Inside was dirty. Washer fluid was low. Tire air pressure was low. Charge was only 75%. This would be okay, but the salesperson It was not washed. Inside was dirty. I purchased the car to be delivered. I specifically asked how long the process would take. They said sign papers electronically, then 1-2 days for loan to find, then a couple days for delivery. Everything would be done within a week. Cool. But that was also incorrect. Purposefully misleading. It actually took 14 days. They kept making excuses and never said what was actually going on. Until they have your money they’re really responsive, then they don’t care about you. I’ve purchased 6 cars out of state in the last 7 years. This was the most misleading dealership I’ve dealt with. I would not buy a car remotely from them again. More
