We worked with Doreen, Justin, and Bubba— amazing people. My husband and I purchased a new home last spring. A few months later he and our daughters were involved in a car accident that totaled his vehicle. My vehicle was well over 100,000 miles, but we still owned quite a bit on it. We were not expecting a second car note since my husband’s SUV that was totaled had been paid off for a while. We went to the lot worried and confused. Then we met Doreen who told us to have faith and let them work the numbers. While we were there she looked at my car. I told her the situation we were in on it. All I can say is the final result was a miracle Justin got our payments right where we needed to be. They took my car as a trade we left the lot with a nearly new 2019 F150 and Ford Edge. Hallelujah thank you God and the Team at Five Star Ford! More
