Great Service Great service, I was able to get an appointment within a day of my check engine light coming on which turned out to be the gas cap. I was able to ask Great service, I was able to get an appointment within a day of my check engine light coming on which turned out to be the gas cap. I was able to ask for a safety check when I arrived and Justin was able arange that quickly as well as my wiper blade replacement. Shuttle driver is super cool as well, forgot his name but always nice to see him. Final words everyone in the office is very professional and friendly. Excellent service from Justin and the Shuttle driver. Service by Justin was professional, but I was perturbed that the service at 20,000 miles is too expensive for a fairly new car. I am wondering why it Service by Justin was professional, but I was perturbed that the service at 20,000 miles is too expensive for a fairly new car. I am wondering why it takes two hours to add four-wheel drive fluid plus regular detailing. Jiffy Lube can do all these in twenty minutes at so much less. More

Everyone there is so friendly and they always tell us exactly what needs to be done. We live closer to another Honda dealer, but wouldn’t think of going anywhere else except Honda Windward. We are more than happy to make the drive to the Windward side! More

Simple Every aspect of getting my car serviced was simple. First, scheduling--I called and told them the code that popped up on my dash. They scheduled an ap Every aspect of getting my car serviced was simple. First, scheduling--I called and told them the code that popped up on my dash. They scheduled an appointment at a convenient time for me, which was early in the morning before work. Honda service also allowed me to leave my car there all day while I was at work. Next, the drop-off--I came in and brought my car down to the service department, handed over my keys and went over the service that would be done to the car. I also explained an additional issue I was having with the car that had recently started, and Justin said he would have the mechanics look at it. Then I left for the day and called later to confirm that my car was ready for pick up. I showed up, paid for the service and left. More
