From the moment I walked onto the lot, I felt welcomed, informed, and never pressured. The sales team especially Mark Gilmore and Justin took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me compare trims and features so I could find the perfect Traverse for my needs. They were patient, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything—pricing, availability, and financing options. The vehicle itself was spotless and ready to go when I arrived. The staff walked me through all the features, paired my phone, and made sure I was comfortable with every control before driving off. The whole process was efficient, friendly, and transparent. If you’re thinking about getting a Chevy—especially a Traverse—I highly recommend checking out Allen Turner Chevrolet. After a few minutes of chit chat, we started looking at trucks and I really liked the one on the showroom floor but I was worried I couldn't afford. He went to work and showed me just how easy it can be when you deal with a PROFESSIONAL salesperson. He got me where I needed to be and in and out in record time. I don't buy many vehicles but when I do he will be the only person I see from now on. I'm in my 70's and this was by far my best experience ever. More
