I bought a car almost two weeks ago on a Saturday. From my understanding, the only thing wrong was the motor in the seat had gone bad, which I called and ordered the following Monday. I took it to get serviced the next Saturday and paid $800 of the $2000 worth of stuff that needed immediate attention. For 13,000, all of that should have been serviced prior to selling. After several men told me that this car was such a good car, it had been one of their mechanics, ect., I as a single woman took them at their word. I needed a reliable car to transport my daughter and I to Fort Walton and back to Crestview, daily. I returned this past Monday to get a refund for an oil change and tire rotation ($65 lol) since I signed up for a maintenance plan when I bought the car (which they dont notate into your account)... I decided to ask the parts department about the seat motor. The guy told me that they've had it (not that they took the time to call me an schedule the service) but he doesn't have the "we owe" paperwork for the sales department (clearly not my problem). I'm just forced to drive with 4 pillows shoved behind me so I can reach the petals. What a freaking scam. I hope that little commission you got from me was worth it Mr. Dean. Can't wait to add this xxxxx. car to the junkyard of unreliable cars I've gotten this year! More

We are from Texas and was headed to Destin on vacation when my transmission messed up in my We literally broke down in my old car a parking lot away! We are from Texas and was headed to Destin on vacation when my transmission messed up in my car. We pulled in 15 minutes before they closed in the pouring rain and they helped us find a new truck that they had on the lot and answered all of our questions. These guys stayed after closing almost 2 hours to get us into a new vehicle that we could have on vacation and have a dependable ride home. Even though I kept apologizing for making them stay after so late they never made me feel like We were a inconvenience! Even with my wild sleepy 2 year old they never skipped a beat! We had to go through a different Finacing company the next morning when they opened and they drove the paperwork to me so I didn't have to leave my vacation to get it all signed and worked out. If I could give them 10 Stars I would I'm so grateful that they stayed and helped my family we love our new truck even though it's not how we planned to pick one out! More
