You don't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision on the spot. They are willing to work with you throughout the entire process, from the test drive to answering any questions you have to the vehicle or pricing itself. They're more than happy to explain how the dealership works and why they can work with you on getting a car in your price range or even bringing a car that seems out of reach into the realm of possibility. I was lucky enough to work with Justin, and from the first handshake to the last, he was super polite, easy to talk to, answered all of my questions and was even willing to joke around with myself and my mom. He didn't pressure us into anything that we felt was unfair or rude and he was totally ok with the fact that we were there to just look at the options they had since they were our first stop. However, because of the professionalism and kindness that we received we were willing to work with them, and I'm so glad we did. They made the frightening and usually high-pressure experience of buying a car one of the most delightful and easy things that I've experienced in a long time.
