This dealership is terrible for both buying a car and doing business with them. I don't recommend it; the customer service is awful. I bought a 2018 Toyota Camry, paid cash, and after closing the deal, they told me I had to bring the car in the next day for a general inspection by the dealership mechanic. They didn't give me a logical explanation for why they didn't tell me this before I paid. The next day, I took the car in, and the tire pressure warning light was on, and the power locks on the rear doors weren't working. Jeff Clark's response was that it was a used car and they weren't going to fix those problems because the car was mine, and it wasn't the dealership's responsibility to repair those issues. I recommend you don't do business with Jeff Clark; he's a rude and disrespectful guy to both customers and dealership employees. Are the owners aware of this bad employee working for them? If anyone knows the email address of the dealership owner, please message me directly so I can send my complaint about that arrogant person working on the sales team.
