Miscommunication rectified. Set Service appt thru Misty only to get there & have none. Pali Pali (new service writer) set up 105K service + wheel locks I was told by Misty were in stock. Paid, went to pick only to get there & have none. Pali Pali (new service writer) set up 105K service + wheel locks I was told by Misty were in stock. Paid, went to pick up & antenna was removed while washed but not reinstalled - just like wheel locks were not installed. I was told Parts/Service would call next morn for install. I called nearly every day for over a week, left word for return call & STILL NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. Every time I attempted to escalate I was told EVERYONE was n a meeting. Finally I got Justin on the phone, brought it n and all was rectified. Lots of apologies but mishandled from jump street. I rated a 5 star for Justin & Pali Pali but the dealership should be rated a ZERO, one at most. More
