This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a Toyota dealership. I have purchased over 14 Brand new Toyota Tacoma’s in the past, and never had a bad experience. As soon as I walked in the, I received dirty looks from two staff members and I was rushed to make a decision. Toyota’s bank is not Veteran friendly as I was asked to provide my DD214 in order to receive military discount. I sent them all sorts of proof that I am a Navy Veteran, including DOD ID card. They refused the card and DOD letter proving my service. The sales consultant and finance guy are good people and were very helpful. More

Justin always took care of everything I needed and kept me on budget, literally for like 12 years through 2 vehicles. I was a little worried when he moved to a new position. For the past year I didn’t feel as confident with the new person I was working with but then last week I spoke with Tyler and all is right again. Tyler understood my needs compared to my budget and provided insight on what to do now, in a couple weeks and what could wait a couple months. He listened and made me feel confident about what was being taken care of and called/emailed to keep me informed. He’s my new Toyota guy and I’m so glad he’s there. More
