She was honest, caring, friendly, and working with her felt like I was working with a friend and not a sales person. I initially shopped around with several other dealerships, but my experience at most of them was unpleasant, as they were pushy and did not make me feel very comfortable at all. I did not feel that way at all with Laure. I am so happy I got to work with her and that I settled on buying my car from Crown Honda. I also loved working with Justin in Finance. He spent so much time going over everything with us, answered all of our questions, and reaffirmed that we had definitely made the right decision buying our car from Crown Honda. Given my previous experience, I’ve quite honestly come to view the dealer and car sales persons as a necessary evil. I’m sure you all can relate. What numbers are going to change, what bull am I going to have to dodge, what kid do I need to give up? Hahaha. Yes, buying a car can definitely be a stressful and unpleasant experience. That’s what I always felt, then six dealerships, three brand names, and who knows how many inquiries and emails later, I finally settle on Honda and was connected with Laure Bresnick. My armor was up and I was ready to go to battle, but it turns out I didn’t have to. Laure was patient, knowledgeable, receptive, and responsive. I talked to her about the three makes I was considering as well as the corresponding models, and instead of insulting my choices, she highlighted the positives and then went on to show me educated and knowledgeable comparisons. From that point and on, it was a pleasant, honest, and straightforward interaction. We spoke candidly and I felt free to ask questions, not worrying about whether I was giving too much info or showing too many cards. Lol. You all know the thoughts we have on the other side of the table. Nevertheless, working with Laure, Justin Callahan in finance, and the other individuals who touched the vehicle and or assisted me throughout the process was a pleasurable experience.
