Honestly, we hate the car purchase process, but with Crown Honda and Jonathan, it was a painless process. Crown Honda really needs to make sure Jonathan is taken care of, employees like him are hard to find. We will definitely return to Crown Honda if we decide to purchase another Honda vehicle in the future. More

Great Experience! I went to Crown Honda on Tuesday looking to trade-in my '98 Nissan Sentra. It wasn't in the best condition and I had no money to put down; yet my sale I went to Crown Honda on Tuesday looking to trade-in my '98 Nissan Sentra. It wasn't in the best condition and I had no money to put down; yet my salesperson, Frank Lovett, worked with me and my desired payment range for my budget. There was a bit of a delay in getting the paperwork completed due to inclement weather causing problems with the connectivity with the DMV; but Justin Callahan made sure I was aware and processed my paperwork quickly. Both Frank and Justin stayed after closing (8:30pm) to ensure I went home with my "new-to-me" 2013 Honda Civic. I love my car! More

Great car buying experience start to finish As a first time car buyer, I can't say enough great things about Crown Honda and the people that worked with me to get a great deal. Zack Powell the S As a first time car buyer, I can't say enough great things about Crown Honda and the people that worked with me to get a great deal. Zack Powell the Sales Manager went above and beyond to get me a great price on the vehicle via email since I live about 2 hours away. When I arrived, I met with Edward Mitchem and he did nothing but exceed expectations in making me feel comfortable, explaining all of the Honda products and accessories, and getting all the minor issues addressed with the car prior to the purchase. Justin Callahan in Finance was a straight shooter and was not pushy in trying to sell me anything that I didn't want. If you are looking to get a great deal on a new Accord and want the easiest car buying experience that you have ever had, do not make a purchase until you speak with a representative of Crown Honda. I can't say enough great things! 5-star dealership!!! More

From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, I had a smile on my face. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I worked on a lease deal with Edward Mitchem. He was helpful, knowledgable, friendly and more importantly genuine. I did not once feel like he wasn't trying to do something to make this experience great. This experience will be the start of a long relationship with Crown Honda. Thank you Ed and Justin for all your help as well as the crew at Crown Honda!
