Justin Callahan and Dana Lore in finance, helped sort out difficult warranty decisions which can be very confusing. I would suggest requesting the "Warranty Extended Service menu" upfront, after you have chosen your car~ take time to consider your means and needs, to analyze what is most important to you over time with a pre-owned certified car. Critical and difficult considerations that add cost to financing, but may save costs to your car over time. Talk it over prior to commitment. More

In particular our sales rep Enver Benkrik and Justin Callahan , Finance. I can't say enough about how considerate and helpful they are with all of our needs. They worked with us from the time we walked in the door until we left for home in our new CRV. They went out of their way to work with us to get the best deal on a beaugiful vehicle. They go above and beyond the call of duty in making sure all of our needs are met, we are heard and fully satisfied. Prior to leaving for home Enver came out to the new car with us and showed us the "in's and outs" of our new vehicle. He assisted us with paring our phones and understanding how this car works. I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with Crown Honda and their staff. They are the best . I would highly recommend them and would go out of my way to do business with them. Buying a new car can be scary because of hidden fees and pressure from the salesperson but Larry went at my pace even in my uncertainty.
